The Vohlands started racing in the late 1960's with the dream of one man, Tom Vohland. Although he worked a full-time job, he dedicated himself to success in the sport 100%. He eventually made it to Pro level.

Stan (Tom's father) started coming to the races to watch his son, and soon thought to himself he could also ride fast enough to be a player in this sport. Stan (Grandpa) Vohland started a racing career of his own and through the father and son duo, a racing family was born in motocross.

Fast forward 5 years, Tom and his wife Barbara now have 2 sons and a daughter. The oldest is Tyson, then Tallon and the youngest is Terina. It was time for Tom and Stan to hang up their helmets and pass the torch to the two young boys. Tom and Grandpa Vohland sold all their bikes and put every dime, every tear, and all their efforts into the new Tyson and Tallon racing program.

Tyson was the oldest and started riding at age 5. His father Tom along with the hard work of his Grandfather (Stan) and his Mom (Barbara) made riding and racing a daily priority. By the time he was 7 he had made his way into the 80 Expert class and had the best record in district 36.

Tallon following in his brother's footsteps was 3 years younger, but rode and raced every week with the family.
